Private Practice

Loukia Tsami

MA, BCBA, LBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Private autism assessment and developmental consultation.

Individual, expert-led care for children, adolescents, and adults. Based between Houston and Lagos, with international travel by arrangement and secure telehealth worldwide.

Many capable children and adults go undiagnosed for years, not because autism is absent, but because they have learned to mask it.

They often present instead with anxiety, perfectionism, or quiet social exhaustion. Their difficulties are real, but easy to misread.

A careful, unhurried assessment can bring profound relief, genuine self-understanding, and access to the right support. That clarity is the work.
